It is our preference to reward positive behavior than to have to deal with negative behavior. When students are following our expectations, the following can occur:
We also will give out PANTHER BUCKS for our GROUP COLLECTION. By the end of the month, we will count how many Panther Bucks we have in “the box”. Each month, there will be a certain goal. When we achieve the goal, we will have a special celebration! I also use the box for random raffles, game selections, prizes, and more by selecting a Panther Buck at random (names should be on the back). The goals increase each month and are absolutely attainable just by FOLLOWING THE RULES!

Consequences:
When rules are broken, there are a few things that may happen. We use the PBIS structure the district has used for several years. Our goal is to reinforce good decision making and behavior choices. The following may occur in any order depending on the severity of the actions.
TAXES are given to students for poor behavior choices. When a tax is issued, students are required to take 1 panther buck out of the group collection. This causes a setback in achieving the group goal in our Panther Buck Collections. This is meant to encourage students to follow the rules so that taxes don’t have to be issued.
